Fault	Cause	Behaviour
Low Field Strength	Magnetic field either too weak or not present	Sensor will report 0º and 0%, appropriate fault codes 0x08 are set
Redundancy Fault	Disagreement between redundant sensors	Sensor will report 0º and 0%, appropriate fault codes are set
Sensor Link Fault	Internal sensor communication lost	Sensor will report 0º and 0%, appropriate fault codes 0x08 are set
Sensor Internal Fault	Numerous	Sensor will report 0º and 0%, appropriate fault codes are set
Travel Bounds Fault	Angle is outside the specified relative deadbands	Sensor will report measured and calibrated angles as usual but will report 0% relative travel, appropriate fault codes are set

Clearing Faults

Faults are cleared by a power cycle or by sending a fault clear command (see Software Interface section for more information).
