This Privacy Policy sets out how, Accelerated Systems Inc. (ASI) and its subsidiaries, collect, store and
use the personal data of customers, distributors, suppliers, job applicants, website users and others using
or interacting with our website (https://acceleratedsystems.com) as well as other applications where ASI
may otherwise obtain or collect information. ASI values the privacy of individuals who visit our websites
that are operated globally by ASI. ASI respectfully adheres to the privacy standards that have been
adopted by those countries in which ASI operates.

This Policy is intended to comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations of each country in which
ASI operates. To the extent that the laws of a country may prohibit ASI from using and sharing personal
information in a way described in this Policy, the Policy and ASI’s practices shall be modified to be
consistent with such local laws.

Accelerated Systems Inc. is located in Ontario, Canada; Our website can be reached by visitors from all
around the world. Each of these places has a different set of laws. Since we cannot keep track of all these
laws and their requirements, you agree that the law of our own province and country will apply to all
matters relating to this Agreement.

This Privacy Policy is effective from 1 January 2019.

What Information Does ASI Collect?

ASI collects personally identifiable information. This may include, but is not limited to the following:

ASI does not seek to collect or otherwise process sensitive personal data in the ordinary course of
business. Where it becomes necessary to process sensitive personal data for any reason, we rely on prior
express consent for any processing that is voluntary (e.g., for marketing purposes). ASI can also process
sensitive data on legal bases for example: the detection and prevention of fraud and compliance with
applicable law.

How Does ASI Use Personal Information?

    Provided that in each case, this is done in a legitimate way, which does not unduly affect the

    certain market surveys to understand our customers in sufficient detail so we can provide quality
    products and services.

  • Performance of a contract: This would also apply where we need take steps prior to entering into
    a contract. For example, where a party has purchased a product or services from us, and we need
    to use their contact details and payment information in order to process the order and send the
    product.

  • Compliance with law: Where we are subject to a legal obligation and need to use personal
    information in order to comply with that obligation.

When Does ASI Share Personal Data?

Transfer of Data

  • Between and within ASI entities and its subsidiaries

  • To third parties (such as regulatory authorities, advisers, third party credit card processing
    companies, credit agencies or other suppliers to the ASI business)

  • To oversea distributors

    ASI will take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in
    ccordance with this Privacy Policy. ASI will not transfer personal data to an organization or a
    ountry unless there are adequate controls in place, including the security of your data and other
    ersonal information. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such
    nformation represents your agreement to that transfer.

Disclosure of Data

Information, including personal data, may be disclosed for the following purposes:

  • Service Providers: We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our
    services. These Service Providers provide their assistance on ASI’s behalf, assisting in analysing
    how various services are used. These third parties have access to personal data only to perform
    these tasks on ASI’s behalf and are obligated to not disclose or use it for any other purpose

  • Credit reporting agencies/debt collectors: To the extent permitted
    by applicable law, credit reporting agencies and debt collectors are external companies that ASI
    uses to help verify creditworthiness (specifically regarding invoice orders) or to collect
    outstanding invoices

  • Business Transaction: If ASI is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, personal data may
    be disclosed. ASI will provide notice before personal data is transferred and becomes subject to
    a different Privacy Policy

  • Disclosure for Law Enforcement: Under certain circumstances, ASI may be required to disclose
    personal data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities
    (e.g., a court or a government agency).

data. If you wish to be informed about what personal, data ASI holds about you and if you want it to be
removed from ASI’s systems, you may do so. In certain circumstances, you have the following data

    access, update or request deletion of your personal data directly within your account settings
    section. If you are unable to perform these actions yourself, please contact us to assist you.

    is inaccurate or incomplete

  • The right to object. You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data

  • The right of restriction. You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your
    personal information

  • The right to data portability. You have the right to be provided with a copy of the information we
    have on you in a structured, machine- readable and commonly used format

  • The right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time
    where ASI relied on your consent to process your personal information

Children’s Privacy

Our service does not address anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”). We do not knowingly
collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or
guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact
ASI immediately. If ASI becomes aware that it has unwittingly collected personal data from
children without verification of parental consent, ASI will take steps to remove that information
from our servers.
